This grace period applies only to reservations made at least 7 days in advance of the participation date. Reservations made within 7 days of the participation date are non-refundable.
For booking amendments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time. We will do our best to accommodate amendments, subject to availability and other practical constraints.
